Free Support up to 90 days

We will provide up to 90 days (from the implementation date) free support for the application. However, we will do any changes required free of charge if any bugs are identified or if the the product did not meet the original functional requirements specified.  You may contact us via your preferred method and we will respond to you within 24 hours or less.

Limited Support after 90 days

After 90 days, we will provide limited support as needed. If the work involved is less than an hour work, it will always be free of change.  However, if functional specification are changed, a new upgrade to the product and a new contract is required.
